BT TV Device Management issue. Can't add new device

Deleted slot 2 device and now a week over 30 days still same error message on new device. Locked and wait 1 day until can register new device, Register after (current date and time). Can someone clear slot 2 before Champions league starts 😞

Hi @FIFAAddiction,

What devices are you using the BT TV app on?

Have your tried uninstalling the app and downloading it again? I would suggest clearing the cache by rebooting the device before downloading the app again. This should clear the device. 

Give that a try and post back if your still having the same problem.
