Hi, I am having a synchronised problem with my BT TV Pro box, the programs recorded on my box don’t agree with the ones on the app
I have deleted recordings on the box but the app still show them
I suspect that if you tried setting a recording from the app, it would also fail at the moment too. I'm currently investigating a number of cases of the Pro box failing to sync with the cloud correctly.
I can only apologise. We'll fix it as soon as we can.
That makes sense as the failed recordings of MotoGP I think where set from the app, I will only set them direct in the future until the problem is fixed……hopefully soon!
Do you mean a full factory reset?

Sorry no, I'm not suggesting you do it - I'm asking if you have done it, as this would explain the behaviour you're seeing.
I'm assuming you haven't, so check the app recording history tab to find the status of your requests.
It'd also be worth un-pairing and then pairing the app with your box again.
I have tried unpairing and pairing, I don’t mind a full reset as there isn’t anything important that I will lose and I know how to setup again
