BT TV discount

Hi,

 

I have received a letter recently to inform me that my current BT TV discount is ending on the 05/09/2020.

 

Currently I am getting this message when I try an view options to manage my package (despite having BT Broadband, BT TV and BY mobile):

Hi Jonathan. Sorry, but at the moment we can only show personalised deals for customers who already have broadband with us.

 

Please can you help by informing me what my bill will be once my discount ends and what options I have avaialble for my TV package.

This is exactly the same problem me and my partner have been having. We have told them multiple times over the phone and they said they would look into it. Months have passed and they still haven't done anything about it. Although they acknowledged that it's a problem with multiple different people on BT. They advertise the TV as easily manageable, being able to turn it on and off easily while most people can't manage their TV or broadband. It's ridiculous.
