This is exactly the same problem me and my partner have been having. We have told them multiple times over the phone and they said they would look into it. Months have passed and they still haven't done anything about it. Although they acknowledged that it's a problem with multiple different people on BT. They advertise the TV as easily manageable, being able to turn it on and off easily while most people can't manage their TV or broadband. It's ridiculous.
