Re: BT TV

Go to solution

Hi @olley  thanks for sending over your details and one of the team will be in touch with you soon.

I take it that the attempts you have made so far have now used up the number of devices you can register so we will get that sorted for you also.

Cheers
John

No at the moment it’s okay regarding reset as I haven’t deleted any cookies, I’ve now got Firefox to work but still ends with its unable to play the program,(WP012)

Re: BT TV

I have also noticed that the BT TV Player window that open with the '! There's been a problem' etc box has a white line on the edge bouncing , right hand side half way up

Re: BT TV

Go to solution

Clutching at straws now but that's all I have left.

Launch the BT TV Player.

Right click on the TV Player, a popup saying Silverlight should pop up, left click on that.

Now click on the Playback tab and disable Hardware Acceleration

Don't follow this, in Microsoft Silverlight configuration/ playback  /Enable hardware accelerated playback isn't ticked
