BT box office app not allowing me to sign in

I’ve just download the BT sport box office app and registered an account. When I go to sign in it says ‘this application is currently unavailable in your area’, how do I sort this?

Hi, @Charlie1189 thanks for posting and welcome to the community. The app is only available from within the UK if you have a VPN or other type of software on your device that masks your IP address you'll need to disable it before opening the app.

Hi @Charlie1189 do you have a VPN (virtual private network) on your device? If you do then you'll need to turn it off to use the app.

Are you able to try any other network? E.g. over mobile data? If not, reboot your router to get a new IP address and try again.
