I have a BT Pro Box and an HDR TV.
There are no problems watching 4K and HDR content from Netflix, Disney etc. Are these broadcast differently to BT sport?
The issues exist with channel 433 and 465 for BT Sport Ultimate. My speed is around 300Mb so more than adequate to cope with the channels. Broadcasts are terrible with sound drop out and pixilation.
I've played around with the box settings with 8 bit / 10bit and FPS. All doing the same. I've factory reset the box with again no change.
Same scenario if I'm wired or wirelessly connected.
Please advise what I can do to rectify this. Do I need a new box for example ?
