I'm a BT Broadband customer and BT mobile Sim only customer (with BT sport App included).
My BT sport app has stopped casting recently. It worked fine before so I don't understand why? I have reset the app/updated my phone etc but nothing. I get as far as it finding my TV but when I click on the TV name it says I have not enabled the BT sport app for casting ("Sorry you haven't enabled BT Sport casting yet (error code VC550)"
Can someone help ? I have been having many issues with BT sport app recently...

The ability to connect to Chromecast using the in-app icon has always been disabled for mobile subscriptions @cquina however many people were casting their phone screens to get around this. This loophole was closed in March 2020 with the release of the new app.
BT Sport subscriptions bundled with mobile subscriptions are for use when watching BT Sport on a mobile device. To watch on a TV, you'll need a large screen subscription.

No @gomezz - laptop (or web browser) is classed as large screen.
Update: yes, you can use any Android or iOS tablet with any mobile subscription
