Hi everyone !

i'm trying to access sport on BTsports but, i keep getting the message Error VC017 after clicking the watch button.

Does anyone know what this means and how to solve the problem.

Re: BT sport app

Tech3
The section in the link headed
“Unable to playback video: VC017”
would seem to cover your situation.

Re: BT sport app

Any error that's just a number will be a problem with Silverlight.  This seems to have affected Netflix users in the past - see http://mike-thomson.com/blog/?p=210

Re: BT sport app

I don't use Netflix, so that is not the problem
