I used to be able to use the BT Sports App on my iPad with no problem, but out of the blue it wouldn’t recognise my login. I removed the app and downloaded again, but this made no difference. I know the login details are correct as I can access My BT and the BT TV app.
If I login to My BT on my iPad, I am also unable to watch BT Sport despite the fact my package overview states that I have BT Sport. I get the following message ‘Unfortunately this video is not available on this device’. However, I can watch BT Sport via My BT on my desktop and via the BT TV app on my iPad.
I have also tried to access the Sports App on my Dad’s iPad, but this didn’t work either.
I have twice tried BT Help, but got nowhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
