I used to have BT TV but there was an error when we moved house and it disappeared. After a call to BT we were promised it would be reinstated but after a month I still get this error. I am loath to follow the help instructions as it wants me to do a factory reset that will delete all the programmes I have stored.
I notice that an order is still open on the system, would this be the issue?

You can choose to keep your recordings when doing a factory reset but I doubt this will help as it's more likely to be an issue related to that open order.
