I've been experiencing the BTP 15000 error for several days now which doesn't allow me to access any subscription channels. I've had a brand new BT TV Box sent to me but still the error persists. I've tried a different power cable, ethernet and DSL filter. I've tried connecting the ethernet cable into each of the four slots at the back of the Hub and still no luck. I've also checked both Hub options are updated (I forget the names) and I've performed a factory reset or two and still no joy. The TV tells me that the box is connected to my Hub and the internet.
