After uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the firestick, I can say that all is now working fine! Thanks to Darren and the team for all your help!

I uninstalled and reinstalled the BT app. After I have entered my log in details (which are definitely correct) I get the message "Sorry you've entered the wrong details, sorry there's been a problem logging in, please try again" and the code ZJ931? What is the issue?
There ISN'T an account issue, I can watch on my main TV & my tablet so why not on the firestick?
