Hi, I am on the max 4k package and have a xbox one s and thought id download the app to try 4k HDR on bt ultimate but don't seem to have that channel ? from what i can work out i should any advice Thanks
Hi @billybob99 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. The next event due to be broadcast on the BT Sport Ultimate is the Rugby tomorrow night at 7pm. I've included the settings you may need to enable for HDR.
Watch BT Sport Ultimate on your Xbox One S and Xbox One X using the BT Sport big screen app. As well as viewing selected programmes in 4K, you can watch in 4K HDR, provided your TV supports 4K/Ultra HD. On-screen icons will appear denoting if a show is available in 4K or HDR.
How to watch:
The Xbox will automatically detect 4K, but you may need to enable HDR.
Hi @billybob99 thanks for taking the time to check this evening and sorry it's not working for you. I've sent you a Private Message with info on how to contact the Mod team and we will be happy to have a look and see what is going wrong here.
I have similar issue, I have BT TV 4k and set top box, I watch ultimate via set top box, want to try the Xbox as HDR, because if better I can lose one set top box into the AVR.
When I installed app onto xbox one S I don't get a separate ultimate channel listed, just the HD channels!
Hence my question is do you get separate Ultimate channel or is say BTSPORTs HD1 giving you the 4k HDR feed?
If separate did you need to upgrade subscription ?
I didn't do anything i think it may have been my error, when an available match is available in 4k HDR it appears in the app as a separate feed.
