Bt sort cancel

I am unable to cancel bt sport from my products no button appears just errors when I click manage saying about no HD features

If you have a Monthly Sports Pass that can be stopped via BT.com, other BT Sport subscriptions you need to get in touch with BT and give 30 days notice, ring 150 from a BT landline or BT mobile, otherwise 0800 800 150
