I did send a private message about this as I still could not access BT sports after the order was closed.
Having received emails regarding the latest updates on here we just tried using the guidance provided for @Cepenpark.
From the chat they have assured me that they have placed an order for activation so hopefully this will be resolved this evening.

I am facing the same problem activating btsports that came as part of the SIM only plan I had. Please advise. I have already tried to do this via www.bt.com/sportonthego but nothing happened.
