Bt sport app

I have bought bt sport on my btmobile contract and have been using it for a few months now but suddenly it says error id003 and when i log into the website it says I don't have btsport and  I have to pay for it which I already did. Can anyone help?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you having problems watching BT Sport through the app. When you check your BT Bill does it show any charges for BT Sport?

Hi, thanks for replying. I don't specifically see anything about btsport but im 8 months into a 12 month contract and its always worked until now, The price hasn't went down, still paying the same amount. On the "My BT" app it says I need to pay for btsport which I already do.

I just checked to see what would happen if i reordered btsport and it let me do it for free, everything seems to be working atm. 👍
