Bt sports on sky TV

Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me i become a bt sports customer a few months ago and had some issues that they took my details all wrong so the payments weren't going out but didn't contact me as they had my wrong details the first I knew of this was a week ago as they sent me a letter i have resolved this now and caught up on payments and they wavered cancellation fee but this was a week ago now and I am still unable to set up bt sports on sky TV as every time I ring I get passed on to different teams or they put me on hold for hours and then hang up I don't understand what the issue is as I have sorted the payment side and really want bt sports for the boxing?

Thanks for posting about the BT Sports. I'm sorry you're having problems getting it sorted. Do you still have a BT account? Have you tried speaking with our orders team o 0800 800 150?

Have you tried the direct sales line on 0800 876 6954 ?

Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am-9pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday 9am-6pm.
