Re: Can't log in on Chrome - error message WJ900 but does work on IE

Sounds like you visit bt.com a lot @sjp15991 for this to affect you so much? If you log out of bt.com and then log in again, it should reset your cookies enough to allow you to use player.bt.com.
I'll chase again to see if there's anything we can do to fix this permanently.

Re: Can't log in on Chrome - error message WJ900 but does work on IE

Apologies, I didn't notice the error code is now different. It now says WJ931 is the error code for why I cannot log in. I just assumed it was the same as before and the actual 'There's been a problem' textbox was covered up by something on the screen. Any help on this would be appreciated. Have still never been able to watch it using player.bt.com

Can you please send me a DM with your BT ID @sjp15991 so that I can check what's going on with your account

Just to be clear to anyone else reading this thread:
If you're a BT TV subscriber then you can use www.player.bt.com to watch content included as part of that subscription.
If you're a BT Sport subscriber, you need to use www.bt.com/sport/watch - the BT TV player is not available to you.
