can I cancel my bt sport. It hasn’t worked for a week, I phoned last wednesday and Thursday, was to receive a call back within 48 hours on Thursday but nothing so can I please now just cancel the sports package I have.
It is as if I haven’t subscribed. Was escalated to tier 2 to ring me back but this never happened. Just want to cancel now is ringing the only way to cancel by sport
