Cancelling BT Sport Monthly Pass

Hi,

Just signed up for the BT Sport Monthly Pass and want to confirm how to cancel it. This is the only BT product I have - I'm not a broadband customer or anything else.

(BT's own instructions are to: Simply log into MyBT, find BT Sport Monthly Pass and choose ‘Cancel subscription’.)

If I go to 'My BT' and then click on 'Your products' I see 'BT Sport - Add now' as an option which is odd as I can watch it already. I see no Monthly pass displayed on the 'Your Products' page (at least not yet).

And I see no option to cancel.

Any help please?

That is the correct way to cancel. If your pass has only just started, try waiting 24/48 hours as it might not show in MyBT instantly

If you reused an existing BT ID to sign up for the monthly pass then check the top right corner of the page for an option to switch account to the one that has the subscription on it.
