Hi - I keep getting an ID006 error message stopping me logging on to Sport App. Despite changing password/log in details as requested I am unable to log into app. ID006 error message stays. BT App is through EE.

Sorry to hear that your unable to view BT Sport which is provided with your EE mobile. Normally when a BT Sport with EE mobile customer gets this error message and can't log it's due to BT Sport no longer being on their EE account. It's best to contact EE directly but here is some information from their website.
For BT Sport Monthly Pass customers getting the same error message who have had BT Sport free with EE mobile in the past, we can help unlink the EE old account from the BTID.
