Not a frequent user on that format but I did have a look at the win 10 BT Sport app on a laptop last night. I believe that it allows live Bt Sport and Box nation channel viewing but does not itself have catch-up and the video and info that the IOS , Android and web versions have. so for catch-up on a win 10 PC you would need to use the sport.bt.com website.
