I am hitting a brick wall trying to change my viewing card number for BT Sport on Sky. I updated my address with Sky around 4 weeks ago. It was installed at new property last Tuesday and called up the same day to update BT with viewing card number. Found out on Wednesday it hadn't been accepted. On phone for hours back and forth from Sky to make sure address now identical which it now is! Sky account in my partners name. Been on phone Friday and yesterday (Monday) to no joy. Been escalated but heard nothing. Can someone please help! Complaint has been raised then it was closed and now re-opened, all very farcical. I just want it sorted.

Did you ask BT to update your address when you moved ? when viewing cards are swapped they check it matches the Sky system, if BT still have the old address the viewing card switch will fail.
@alexr7285 there's a fraud prevention system in place that requires the addresses to be identical, if there is any mismatch then our ordering system will keep rejecting the new card details. These cases often need to be referred to a specialist team who normally take a couple of days to fix any issues.
