Credit on account

I am trying to get a credit as BT sport is effectively defunct at the moment. However, I cant get the months credit form to go. It just tells me the form is being submitted.

Thinking of cancelling the whole thing

I have the same problem, I have unsuccessfully tried to submit the form for the last three days.

absolute disgrace. Utterly rubbish service. Promising something its impossible to get

It helps their cash flow but not mine!
