Dam IPC 6023 error message

Hi

I have just received the  new BT TV box to watch BT sports. I can watch all of the streamed channels on BT player but I cannot stream the live channels (Sport 1, 2 etc and the channel line up) error ipc 6023.My home is networked  with cat 6.The only thing that may be different is I am running a linksys wrt3200acm router with the express vpn firmware.  I get the same errorr whether the vpn is connected or not. Any help would  be greatly appreciated.

This thread is a bit old now but may still put you on the right track, short version is that it's more likely to be a problem with the linksys router rather than anything BT related
