I have the BT sport ultimate pass (as a smart benefit) through EE and am trying to watch on the Samsung qe55q60t QLED 4K TV BT sport app. I am able to access BT sport ultimate on my phone (iPhone) but not on my TV. The TV BT app is asking me to upgrade my plan?
I see there are a few issues of the BT app with 2019 samsung model TVs - is that the cause or do I need to upgrade my plan?
Confusingly, EE have 2 separate add-ons for BT Sport: One to add large screen access One to add Ultimate access You need the large screen add-on to sign into the app on your TV (and then the Ultimate add-on if you also want to watch Ultimate). Without it, it'll only allow you to watch Ultimate on your phone.
