EPG not correct for ch 465 today

guide on BT Tv Youview EPG and BT TV app does not show the Burnley  Watford game as being broadcast on 465 BT Sport Ultimate HDR  rather just the Welcome to Bt Sport Ultimate at 5:30 to 8:15 pm today.

Again, a last minute change. The schedule had it as only SDR even this morning.

This seems to be more that just a late schedule change but actually being somebody forgetting to add HDR!!

We had that a few times at the start of the season.

So is there now no current process for managing late changes to the BT TV channel schedules.

The rest of the week had HDR added to the listings late - I think somebody had just forget to do it.

Yes the midweek HDR games have been added to the 465 schedule. Next Saturday lunchtime fixture hasn't yet.

I've chased again for an official explanation of why the flags aren't being set until the last minute, and re-highlighted the fact that it affects the BT TV Pro Box experience significantly. That's all I can do.

I'll query from my side to scheduling - currently there are no HDR programmes appearing at all for the next two weeks.
