Three times I have tried to add BT Sport free to my current BT TV package, standard broadband, but every time I receive this error message:

Please can you tell me how to add BT Sport free, as it says I should get it for no extra charge.

I can't find the right way to send email via 'contact us' - nothing is near to what I need ... and it's only a phone number or online message....
