Employee cant access the Sport App

I am an employee and my BT sport works great on the youview box but I cant access the BT Sport App.

 

When I log into BT.COM to activate it I get the message below

 

Sorry you can't access the BT Sport App and online content because a BT ID created by MY NAME is the account holder.

If this is you then you can reset your log in details using the forgotten username and forgotten password journey.

If this isnt you and you are the account holder, please call us on 0800 111 4567

Go into MYBT. Go to edit profile. Put in password. Back to profile and should give you option to verify owner.

I had to do it today for some reason so I hope remembered.

No option to verify the owner but now I get

This order can't be placed on bt.com.

So I've spoken to the helpdesk and they say my sport App needs activating and sent me a pin.

 

I logged onto my BT and entered the pin when prompted. When I try to watch sport online it still says "Your BT ID is correct but you don't have BT Sport on your account."

 

MyBT account number is CMxxxxxxxx but the bill for my TV account is GBxxxxxxx, I thought this might be the problem so tried to add the GBxxxxxxxx account to MyBT account but it says it cant find my account.

 

I tried to go through the motions of ordering sport on MyBT through my CMxxxxxxxx account but it says I cant do this online.

 

My TV and sport all works fine on my Youview box.

 

Has anyone else had this problem ?
