BT Sport has worked before on laptop.
Today unable to get past this error. Works fine on mobile app.
Any advice please?

Yes getting message, tried again this weekend.
No other messages.
It worked fine for first few visits. Very poor service.
Tried different browser (google chrome). No fix
Cleared all internet histoty on both. no fix
refreshed - no fix
hit continue - no fix
Now getting VC025 error - this relates to app??
Someone's found a fresh solution which might help. Open display options (Windows key + P) and make sure that "Computer only" is selected.
