I wondering if someone can help. All my BT sport channels were unavailable today and just kept coming up with the 6023 code error. Used the BT chat facility and the operator ran through a few things including a system reset but it didn't work. She has arranged for an engineer to come round but my thinking is, all the other player apps are working so it isn't a problem with my internet connection or my equipment and the engineer is just going to tell me this when he comes.
It would seem over people have experienced the same problem so would be grateful if you can tell me how you got the problem resolved!!
