Getting the above errors on my tv and laptop so cant actually watch anything.
Tried getting in touch with BT help - apparently a specialist will phone in 1 - 2 working days - not ideal when I have no TV to watch..
Anyone able to help?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems watching BTTV.
This could be a bit of a tricky case and that's why it has been sent to a specialist. Normally the IPC6023 error means that the broadband connection is not getting the BTTV Set-top-box.
Are you noticing poor broadband performance on other devices?
Are you accessing the BTTV Everywhere online player or BT Sport player?
Has the service ever worked before?

The broadband is working perfectly for everything bar BT TV.
I have previously been in touch with BT and they sent me a new top box - unfortunately with the same result. Could it be a problem with the Home hub?
I was attempting to reach the BT sport player, and yes it has worked previously.
I have reset the top box and its the same result.
Netflix and iPlayer both work as expected.
