I'm getting both these error codes at different times when attempting to watch BT sport on a laptop. Operating system = Windows 10 Home version 2004, browser = Edge version 88.0.705.56
BT's "help" claims that neither of these errors exists!
Can anyone shed any light on this?

I am getting these too. Have not been able to watch on my laptop for the last week or so and have to cast the matches from my phone to TV via Chromecast.
I downloaded the app via Microsoft shop in the end rather than watch directly from the BT sport website. It works and I can now watch two matches at once, which was my ultimate goal.

I know get this ever since I upgraded to Halo and haven't been able to get it sorted out.
