Errors GJ999, AJ999, WJ999 when trying to log into BT TV Player app/website

Go to solution

Hi

I keep getting the same errors each time I try to log into the BT TV app or website, always ending in 999 (GJ999 on Android, AJ999 on iOS, WJ999 on the web). I have tried to submit a fault online via BT.com but the new 'troubleshooter' system just leaves unsubmitted faults each time I get to the last step. I then go in to try and resume the fault report and it just hangs.

Can anyone advise how I can get this resolved or raised as a fault?

Thanks!

Hi @chrisg88 Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're getting errors when trying to login to the BT TV player. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team and we'll be happy to get this looked into.

Hi @chrisg88

Thanks for sending in your details via private message.

I have made a few changes to your account in the background. Can you try and access the APP or Online player and let me know if the issue is now fixed?

Hi @chrisg88,

I hope you are keeping well?

I sent you a private message last week to let you know that we had made a few more background changes. When you get a minute can you test the service and let me know if you get the same error message?

Cheers

Matt
