Football pixelated and unwatchable

Does anyone else have a problem with football being pixelated and unwatchable. I’m working off a hard wired Ethernet connection and tried in on two free view boxes in two rooms with same result. Now TV and Amazon Prime are fine. Sort it out BT as we’re paying for this shoddy rubbish.

If you mean the game this tea time it looked fine for me which suggests the problems is closer to your home than to BT Central: Youview box; connection to the home hub / router; internet connection to local exchange.
