Hi there, my BT box is a bit out of date so I no longer use, assuming the new BT box pro costs lots.
I pay for BT Sport as part of my broadband subscription, but I only watch it on the Samsung TV app or occasionally on my ipad. Do I need to be paying £10 a month extra for HD (I can't use 4K without a BT Box) just for using the app?
On a seperate note when I try to change my TV package the website says it can't retrieve the details right now and wants me to phone up.
