Upgraded to VIP in March - all other channels, including Sky Sports work well on HD. When trying to access BT Sport HD or Ultimate I get message saying there is a need to add BT Sport HD to package . Then tries to verify account but comes up with a message to say that there has been a problem. VIP should support all HD channels?
However BT Sport HD works OK on my Dell laptop. Main TV where problem lies is Samsung Smart TV only 3 years old
