I recently upgraded my TV package but as I already had a NOW TV account using the email address my BT account is under I had to use an alternative BT email address I have in use. Now I can't access BT Sport on the APP and I am assuming that this is due to the fact that my sport is no longer registered under the main account. I have tried the online chat a few times without success to get the issue sorted. I have tried changing my user name in the account profile but because the email address is in use or already registered it won't let me. Can anyone give a clue as to how I can get around this?
