Is there someone out there who can help with poor service and picture quality I am getting from BT.
The backup service is appaling and so is the customer service. I just want what I am paying for, the picture keeps failing, and I was promised this was sorted, only for it to get worse so I have no BT sports at all.
Please help before I cancell my subscrition with this apaling company.

How do you watch your BT Sports ? do you have BT TV, Sky, TalkTalk or via the app and online player ?
When you say poor picture quality, is it pixelated, jumping or something else ?
I have Bt broadband and phone also TV package with Bt.
Its pixalated and now I have a black screen I then go to BBc1 news then go back to sports I have picture for a few mins then it goes again
Contact BT and speak with the TV faults team, they are open 24/7 to help.
They'll run through some steps to see what's causing the issue, once that's found they can provide the solution, it could be many things from how the box is connected to the broadband to a faulty box.

I feel I am paying just for BBC and ITV programs as internet channels just keep losing like the BT sports.
Hi @Ian31 The BTTV experts have been checking your connection. They think the network is fine but are detecting a switch or possibly powerline adapters on your set up that could be the cause of this interference.
Please can you check and confirm your home set up for me and I'll update the BTTV team.

I have changed the connections for the broadband etc and it seems to be working a lot better.
I will try it for a few days to see if all is ok then I will let you know.
