Hi. I've just noticed on my bill that I'm being charged £5.00 per month for an app that I don't want or use. I've logged onto my account but cannot for the life of me find a way to cancel the feature - only clear options are to upgrade them. Can anybody help please? Thanks.

Thanks and I will as soon as I get the chance. It's just that whenever I do get through to one of the Contact Centres I'm always told that I could have done it online myself! Cheers.
