I can’t log in to the BT TV app on my iPad. I have managed to do it on my iPhone but it won’t take the same username and password for some reason. I was online with some guy from India today and he said he had reset everything and it should work after 15 minutes but it still doesn’t work. Does anyone have any ideas please?

I'm sorry your not able to sign into the BT TV App on your iPad.
Have you tried uninstalling the App and reinstalling? I would also suggesting rebooting the iPad after the App is uninstalling to clear any cached information.
Just tried that Paddy and it still comes up with the error code AJ900
