I've recently purchased a monthly BT Sports Pass, and today as I've tried to validate my BT ID in order to watch BT Sport on the online player with the link provided it's just not been possible. Every time I've entered my login details and submitted, it just loops around back to the login page. If anyone can help me understand what I'm getting wrong I'd be grateful.

I'm sorry for the problems you've had after ordering the BT Sport monthly pass. Have you spoken to anyone since you posted this or are you still having problems? We can pick this up from here if you're still having issues.
