Numerous calls to BT going through the same procedures. The number of hours wasted is ridiculous.

moved home and no longer able to use BT Sport App

what is the solution?

Hi @nickpep sorry you cannot get your BT Sport working. Please click on my profile and select the contact the mods option. We will be happy to help you with get it fixed.

Why is nothing being done abouit this problem?

I had a call shortly afdter posting saying it would be solved in a few days. This problem has existed since June when I moved home.

After taking 10 weeks to connect me to Broadband , now this,BT surely must be the most incompetent business in the world.

Hi @nickpep

Thanks for taking the time to chat with me again today.

There was a records issue in the background which was the reason why you were seeing the ID003 error message when trying to access BT Sport.  That has been corrected and I am pleased that you're able to watch BT Sport now Smiley Happy
