Get error message ID003 when I log in with my user name and password. Can’t get into the app
Hi @hmeade1, welcome to the community and thanks for posting. That error normally means that the BT ID you're trying to login with doesn't have a BT Sport subscription associated to it. First thing I'd recommend checking is that the BT account number is there and correct and that your logging in with the primary BT ID. You can check this by logging in to www.bt.com/mybt then click your details then account.
