Yes you should get the channels as part of the Entertainment Ultra HD package which is I believe the only UHD package. Presumably you had an existing Youview box - is it still connected - If so may be worth disconnecting in case multiple boxes are being detected and then restarting via the power button your UHD box. Also did BT give an activation date for your UHD package.
The billing and email notification may be due to your new subscription not appearing as activated at the time they were prepared - BT bills often advance charge based upon current package and apply adjustments,in the next bill.
As for the nonactivated channels.
If you view the Youview EPG (guide) - select Filters (blue button) then selecteby moving left from (All Channels) past (Subscrided) to Extra then apply filter
Other than the Sky movies channels -- which channels do you see listed when you use the that Extra filter - is it all the BT Sport channels or are there other channels ?
