Hi Folks, I upgraded to Sky Q recently & just noticed that I don't have access to the BT Channels I pay for, I go to the card swapper site & it clearly shows my old card number: 56***** but every time I enter my new card details (782*****) I keep getting an error message: Sorry we can't provide BT Sport on this card, This Is Totally ridiculous & as usual with BT, I just keep going round in circles getting absolutely nowhere! any help gratefully received!
