Login issue

Does anyone know how to activate the upper case alphabet on the xbox bt app and on a smart tv??? My bt I'd consists of uppercase letters, and I can't figure it out!!!

Hi @Smalone 

Welcome to the Community!

To access capitals on an Xbox, you push the highlighted joystick in on your controller. And do the same for lowercase.

If you're using the XBOX to watch, the Smart TV does not matter in terms of controlling it.
