My main sky box keeps being dropped by bt and I have to ring up to get it to work again..My second box is working fine. This happens once a month (third time so far) When I check my account details only the second box viewing card number is shown so Im guessing that this is where the problem lies. Have been on the phone to try and get this resolved but am getting nowhere. Can any one give me any clues as to where I can go who to speak to for a fix?
