Message VMC020 - Not subscribed to BTSport - but I am !!
Hi, Any help would be much appreciated. I've been an Infinity customer since January 2013, broadband and phone were the only products I took. When BTSport started I registered to watch it on my desktop / laptop etc.
In September I decided to subscribe to BTVision + extra's + SKY 1&2. I've installed the BTVision box as per the manual and all FreeView channels + extra's + SKY 1&2 are all OK but no access to BTSport1 & BTSport2, it says I need to subscribe.
I've followed the help suggestions in the FAQ Help & Settings -> Settings Network etc but they haven't fixed the problem although I can still access BTSport on my laptop. Any idea's ??
