I bought the pass to watch the rugby but can't get on. It says that I need to upgrade my subscription from BT Sport Lite to BT Sport Pack. I've been on the phone line for an hour and a half and now been cut off because it closes at 9pm. Any help would be greatly welcome! Thanks.
Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to watch BT Sport through your BT Sport Monthly pass. Did you manage to get this fixed? If not I can take a look at this for you.
